The asynchronous submersible electric motor PED.
The standard asynchronous submersible electric motor is the most
commonly used in Russian oil industry. They are several types of these
motors that are different voltage and current. If necessary, the customer
can choose a preferable size, source voltage, heat-resistance of an electric motor.
The manufactured motors have the rating from 22 to 200 kWt (size - 117
mm) and the rating from 16 to 100 kWt (size 103 mm).
At customer's request, the Company «Almaz» can manufacture electric
motors that have other voltage and rating.
Russian parametrical submersible electric motor RPPED (system of professor Ialovega)
The motor of new generation, made with the use of invention of professor
Ialovega N.V. This motor is less than standard motors and works in a large
voltage range.
The Company manufactures the motors (sizes 117mm and 103 mm), they
can be ordinary and heat-resistant. The Company manufactures sectional
motors, too.
The rating of manufactured motors is from 28 to 340 kWt.
The parametrical submersible electric motor has the powerful starting
moment and higher power density.
In case of a short duration voltage decrease (till 0,7 U nom), the
parametrical submersible electric motor automatically decreases the
rotation frequency and prevents an emergency situation. The parametrical
submersible electric motors can be used as the ordinary submersible
electric motors with fixed voltage.
The motor is unified with motors of other manufacturers, that allows to repair a motor in all conditions.
The frequency change regulates the speed of rotation of parametrical
motor as the speed of rotation of ordinary motor. In case of the increasing of the rotation frequency consumed by the pump, the capacity increases
faster that the motor capacity. It has to be taken in consideration during the gathering.
