Along with traditional submersible cable (KPBP, KPpBP) (working temperature
120 C). The Company fabricates heat-resistant cable (working temperature till
230 С). There are cable with EPDM insulation and cable with EPDM and polyimicle
film. Cable has lead jacket. The Company fabricates cable (type KIFBP) (working
temperature 230 C). Insulation is polyimide film and two extruded fluoroplast
layers (type 4 MB).
The Cable looses only 50 % his electro insulation gualities after 20 O00 hours on
the temperature 225 C or 3 000 hours on the temperature 250 C.
This fact is proved by the tests done in our company. During these tests the cable
was tested under heavy load in gaz and air medium (working temperature more
250 С). The cable has follow advantages: greatly smaller sizes and smaller
mass. For example, the 25 mm2 area cables has smaller sizes than the cables
KESBP or KIESBP 16 mm2 area with lead jacket The Company fabricates from areas
from 10 up to 35 mm2 cables, extenders with coupling (type "Bitek").
